These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of sourcebold.com (the “Site”) — including browsing the public pages, submitting the contact form, and submitting the “Get started” inquiry form. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms do not govern the paid contractor-engagement service offered by sourceBOLD. That service is governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and an SOW for each engagement, signed by both parties before any work begins. If a conflict arises between these Terms and a signed MSA, the MSA controls for matters relating to the paid service.
sourceBOLD is invite-only. Submitting the contact form or the “Get started” inquiry form does not create an engagement, give rise to a contractual relationship for staffing services, or obligate either party to enter into an MSA. Until an MSA is executed, you are using the Site as a prospective client only.
The portal at /portal is restricted to users with active accounts created by sourceBOLD. We do not offer public account creation through the Site. The Sign in page is the entry point for existing users only.

When you submit information through the contact form or the “Get started” modal — including your name, email, company, the role you’re seeking, and your message — you grant sourceBOLD permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry, qualify your interest in our services, and contact you about that inquiry. We will not share your submitted information with parties outside sourceBOLD except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that the information you submit is your own (or that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization you identify), is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
The Site, including its content, visual design, text, code, and the “sourceBOLD” name and marks, is owned by sourceBOLD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for the purpose of evaluating sourceBOLD’s services. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without prior written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and personal note-taking.
The Site may include links to third-party websites (e.g., Stripe’s checkout, Resend’s sender domain, or other vendor pages). sourceBOLD does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. When you follow a link off-site, you are subject to that site’s own terms and policies.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” sourceBOLD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law. Marketing claims about the contractor-engagement service (e.g., timelines, acceptance rates, payout schedules) are aspirational descriptions of how the service typically runs; the binding terms of any engagement are set in the MSA and SOW for that engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sourceBOLD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if sourceBOLD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. sourceBOLD’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site (excluding the paid service governed by the MSA) is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
sourceBOLD may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in a banner or equivalent notice on the Site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after the change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
